As part of this commitment, we conduct <strong>annual cross-audits among our plant managers<\/strong> \u2014 an initiative where leaders from one plant visit another to observe operations, identify improvement opportunities, and recognize best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This exchange allows us to <strong>see with fresh eyes what daily routine often makes invisible<\/strong>.
