Our company complies with environmental regulations and conducts superb management practices in order to eliminate risks to both people and the environment. We accomplish this by providing education and training to our employees, reducing and conserving natural resources and energy, and consuming inputs produced from recycled material. Additionally, we strive to minimize waste by recycling and reusing materials and reducing or eliminating the use of substances that may be harmful to the environment. By accomplishing these initiatives, we believe that WMC is contributing to a more sustainable environment for future generations.
We believe real change begins at home. That’s why, through EMA Family Foundation, we support Casa Hogar Alegría—a home where girls find safety, support, and the chance to build a better future. Together, we can create stronger families and communities, one story at a time.
Our Scholarship Program supports the academic dreams of our team's families by promoting education, recognizing excellence, and strengthening our commitment to what matters most—people. In its first edition, we proudly awarded university scholarships to the daughters of our collaborators, celebrating their aspirations and the dedication behind them. Because every dream deserves a chance to grow—and we’re here to nurture it.
We also encourage employee participation in community activities that can benefit the environment.

sought out by our customers and helps to meet company objectives and goals.
WMC is pleased to be part of the environmental revolution in partnership with One Tree Planted (OTP).
